Her pursuit of excellence is further demonstrated through active participation in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), professional training programmes, and continuous engagement in finance, marketing, and social work–related activities. She consistently integrates theoretical knowledge with real-world perspectives to enhance student learning and career readiness.

Beyond academics, she actively contributes to the education sector as a member of Bhariyan Shikshan Mandal, supporting institutional growth and community-oriented initiatives. She is also an accomplished author, having published textbooks such as Microeconomics and Banking and Insurance, which serve as valuable resources for students and educators alike.
